Mr. Laykin possesses over four decades of experience and knowledge in all aspects of the communications arts. In marketing, he has planned and implemented full media, distribution and sales strategies in over 120 ADI's in the United States. With twenty-two years in the United States and almost a quarter of a century in Asia, Mr. Laykin's firm represents a wealth of expertise in the disciplines of advertising, public relations, marketing and production. 

An active member of American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong since 1980, Mr. Laykin was the founding Chairman of the on-going "Business Briefing" program, providing essential information for companies making market entry into Greater China. He was also the founding chair of the Communications / Marketing Committee. He currently serves as the committee's Executive Vice Chair in addition to chairing its "Policies and Issues" subcommittee. 

Laykin is on the executive committee of the "Rule of Law in China Forum" and numerous civic, charitable, cultural, sports and community organizations. He currently serves as the Program Chairman for the Kowloon Rotary, as well on the Public Relations Advisory committee for Rotary Int'l (District 3450). A founder member of "Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra" (HK), "Friends of Turandot in Beijing" (PRC), Friends of "American Football in Hong Kong". He also serves on the Board of Directors of the "California Association in HK" as Director of Communications, serves as Secretary General for the "Independent Power Producers Forum" (IPPF) and is a member of the "Council of Public Relations Firms (HK)".
