Jill Elsner, US Asia Tax & Business Services Ltd.

Ms. Jill Elsner is a US CPA, with a Master's of Science Degree in US Taxation, who has been running her own business here in Hong Kong since May 1990. Her practice provides US Tax planning and compliance services to US citizens and green card holders, those with US business interests, as well as other general consultancy services as requested. Prior to this business, Jill practiced both US and international tax for seven years with the former Spicer and Oppenheim International (now a part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu) in their Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne and San Francisco offices. 

Jill is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the California Society of CPA's and is a member of the Taxation Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce here in Hong Kong. 

Jill has also been and continues to be active in various HK Association's. She has been on the board of the Hans Andersen Club {which is a charity for underprivileged kids} for the past five years. Jill is also a former President and Vice-President of the Financial Women's Association of Hong Kong and previously served on the Board's of both the Women Business Owners Club and the Rotary Club of Admiralty.
